Location

Your data is hosted in the European Union. Some AI subprocessors may process data outside the EU — see the privacy policy for the applicable safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

What we store

  • Your projects and their timeline.
  • The media you upload and the renders generated.
  • The cloned voices you create.
  • A history of credit transactions / allowances.

Export and deletion

  • You can download your renders at any time.
  • You can request the export or deletion of your data: [email].
  • Account deletion results in the erasure of associated projects and media within a reasonable time.

Retention

Content is retained for as long as your account is active. After deletion, it is erased or anonymized within 90 days, except for legal retention obligations (billing).
