Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of Sceina, an AI-assisted video editor published by Sceina (Claude Miakouikila, EI). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Account

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
• An account is personal; sharing is not allowed.

3. Plans, subscriptions, and payment

• A free plan grants access to the editor; AI generation is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis (top-up).
• Subscriptions (Basic, Advanced, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Credits and allowances are detailed at the time of purchase.
• Prices are shown including VAT in euros. VAT applicable according to [regime].
• Pay-as-you-go top-ups are non-refundable once consumed.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the performance of a digital service begun with your consent before the end of the withdrawal period results in the waiver of this right for the portion consumed. [Specify your refund policy.]

5. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current period.

6. Generated content

You retain the rights to the videos you produce. You are responsible for the content you generate and warrant that you hold the necessary rights (images, voices, imported music).

The service is provided "as is". Sceina (Claude Miakouikila, EI) cannot be held liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages, within the limits permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rouen — it being specified that a consumer may also refer the matter to the court of their place of residence.
